Reutte Nature Park Region
Situated in the north-west of Tyrol, close to the German border, the region includes idyllic villages such as Reutte, Höfen, Wängle and Weißenbach. The region's landmark is the ruins of Ehrenberg Castle, which are famous for their spectacular highline179one of the longest pedestrian suspension bridges in the world. Picturesque mountain landscapes, deep forests and crystal-clear lakes such as the Plansee or the Urisee make the region a real natural gem.
Active vacationers will find a wide range of activities here all year round. Hikers and mountaineers can explore routes such as the Alpenrosenweg or climb the Hahnenkamm, which also impresses mountain bikers with its varied trails.
