The Wipptal also impresses in winter: The ski area in the region between Innsbruck and Brenner - the Bergeralm ski & leisure arena - offers skiers of all ages fun with guaranteed snow. Families with small children are in particularly good hands at the Trins ski lift, as there is plenty of space for the little ones.
The Bergeralm ski area in Steinach am Brenner near Innsbruck offers several advantages due to its manageable size with 30 kilometers of slopes at an altitude of 1000 to 2200 meters: The slopes are always perfectly groomed. Thanks to the many snow cannons, snow is guaranteed from the beginning of December to the end of March. There are no long waiting times at the lifts and you will find slopes for all ability levels.
