Vienna
Music plays a major role here. It is not called the capital of music for nothing. Famous composers have lived here. It is the home of waltzes and operettas. And a number of stages and concert halls attract an international audience with a varied program.
Operas, musicals, pop concerts, jazz evenings or electronic music - everything from classical to modern can be found here. The artistic offer is also overwhelming!
The more than 100 museums such as the Kunsthistorisches Museum, the Leopold Museum or the Sigmund Freud Museum and many more attract many visitors to Vienna with their extraordinary exhibitions.
And let's not forget the Viennese coffee house culture. Small round marble tables, drinks served on oval silver trays, a number of daily newspapers and waiters in traditional black and white uniforms.
One of the must-sees in Vienna is definitely St. Stephen's Cathedral, an important Gothic building. Schönbrunn Palace with its impressive gardens is also worth a visit. In the Albertina you will find valuable collections of world-famous artists such as Monet and Picasso.
And if you feel like releasing a few endorphins, you should definitely visit the Vienna Prater with its rollercoasters, scary cabinets and many other attractions for young and old.
