THE LAKE HUTS ON LAKE NEUSIEDL

INCLUDING ELECTRIC BOAT 

The private lakeside cabins are located in the bay of Rust and can be reached via a wooden jetty (even without a boat). The reed-covered lake chalets are approximately 38 m² in size and stand on an approximately 100 m² wooden plateau directly in the water of Lake Neusiedl. The chalets in the lake are for maximum 4 persons bookable, whereby the space is limited by the tent shape of the roof. However, life mostly takes place outdoors anyway. The romantic vacation homes are fully equipped with mosquito screens and offer air conditioning and heating.

Our vacation homes have a ground floor bedroom with a double bed. The other two double beds (slatted frame with mattresses, for space reasons there is no complete bed with legs and main bed) are romantically located directly under the roof of the hut and can be reached by a ladder. GLAMPING - BACK TO NATURE

A small kitchen with stove, dishwasher, fridge and a Nespresso machine are available. Please note that despite everything, the size of the cabins is more reminiscent of a sailing or camping vacation and the space available in the cabin is quite limited.

If you book a vacation like this, you are consciously booking something reduced and simple and not a luxury vacation. Incidentally, we discovered the furnishings for the Seehütte Neusiedlersee all over the world. Old teak benches from Bali, a beautiful chest from India and a wonderful dining table from an old wine cellar in Burgenland.

BOATING - RELAXING - SWIMMING 

Before the Lake hut "Sun deck" or the Beach hut "Strandhaus" At the private jetty there is a boat mooring where an electric boat is anchored, with which you can make romantic trips on Lake Neusiedl. The boat takes you through an idyllic waterway directly onto Lake Neusiedl. Our electric boat, which does not require a driver's license, is available to you free of charge during your entire stay. 

There is a spacious swimming area in front of the hut, although the entire lake is not very deep. A large sun deck or chill-out lounge loungers with padded cushions invite you to sunbathe and relax. The Romantik Chalets are located in the middle of the Lake Neusiedl nature reserve, which, like the old town of Rust, is a UNESCO World Heritage Site. This means that UNESCO considers the cultural landscape of Lake Neusiedl to be of "exceptional value to mankind as a whole".
