The family-run apartment house is located in the heart of Seefeld. Despite its central location, it is very quiet. The pedestrian zone invites you to stroll and stroll. Right next to it is the L5 restaurant and the cafe/bar Niveau where you are welcome to stay a little longer. 100m in the center is the bakery Nannis where you can get fresh pastries in the morning and all attractions in Seefeld are within walking distance. Behind the house there is a walking path to the Pfarrhügel.
From there you can enjoy the idyllic view of the Wildsee.
