In our adults-only hotel with private access to the turquoise-blue, crystal-clear Lake Faak, you will find the ideal mix of relaxation, wellness, art and culture. We have been awarded the Carinthian Seal of Quality for our genuine Carinthian hospitality and high quality of service.
We are a Hotel Garni where you can enjoy a very large and rich breakfast buffet as well as light snacks and small delicacies on our Mediterranean-style terrace from 8:00 to 12:00.

Enjoy your vacation on Lake Faak in our spacious area. With over 5000 square meters of open space, every guest enjoys the luxury of over 130 square meters all to themselves.
Gentle flower hills and a fine pebble beach with non-swimmer-friendly access to Lake Faak, which reaches temperatures of up to 26 degrees in summer, make it easy for you to unwind. End your vacation day in the evening by candlelight on our terrace with a good glass of wine and relaxing music.
As the only adults-only hotel with private lake access to Lake Faak, we also only welcome adult guests and families with children aged 12 and over.

Please note: our hotel facilities (terrace, beach, rooms...) are available to all guests from 14.00 on the day of arrival. An earlier arrival is not possible for organizational reasons.
NEW: In the 2025 summer season, we will also stop cleaning rooms twice a week in order to further minimize our ecological footprint. This additional measure is part of our ongoing sustainability strategy. A small surprise awaits you as a thank you for your help.
