Our family-run farm at 900 m above sea level is situated in an absolutely safe, quiet and sunny secluded location
at the foot of the Steinernes Meer.

Mountain and ski tours for summiteers, hiking trails through flowery alpine meadows and walks through the green forests can be started right from our house (also with a stroller)!

In winter, direct access to the cross-country ski trail is possible!

The center of Maria Alm can be reached on foot or by car in just a short time. The ski bus stops at the entrance to the farm in winter and takes you to the Natrunbahn - the connecting lift to the Königstour in the Hochkönig ski area.

Our place is a paradise for children, as they have lots of opportunities to let off steam outside.
Trampoline jumping, table tennis, pedal tractors and bobby cars, playground with swings, slides, sandpit and much more.

our large apartments with 4 bedrooms are ideal!
Our 2 smaller apartments, each with 2 bedrooms, offer space for 4-5 people.
