The garden area, surrounded by numerous flowers and flower beds, is 25 m2 and invites you to relax and linger in summer in an absolutely peaceful location. The living room and garden offer a view of the beautiful surrounding mountains.

The studio includes a free parking space as well as the use of the bike and ski room with boot dryer, 1 flat-screen satellite TV and free W-LAN.
On request, we provide a table grill for use in the garden free of charge in summer! The sofa can be used as a 3rd bed on request with a surcharge of €40.00!
