Our cozy apartment "Mühlebnerhof" is part of the centuries-old Mühlebnerhof in the quiet district of Ramsau / Hierzegg.

Away from the hustle and bustle, you can relax wonderfully with us. You can reach the town center by car in around 10 minutes.

On around 90m², up to five people will find a spacious, well-equipped kitchen with electric stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, a cozy seating area and a stylish coffee bar. A small attic room with a single bed and private bathroom for a sixth person can be booked on request. The apartment can be accessed via a connecting door.

We are happy to offer you a bread roll service for breakfast. The fresh bread is delivered to your door in the morning.

Both bedrooms have their own bathroom with shower. Bed linen and towels are included. If you require a crib or high chair, please let us know when you make your reservation.

The cozy living room offers a spacious couch and satellite TV. All rooms have access to the spacious east and west-facing balconies. In your own utility room you will find a washing machine, vacuum cleaner, cleaning utensils and a rotary dryer. There is also another (storage) room in the entrance area. A ski boot dryer ensures dry ski boots at a pleasant temperature in winter. Your car can be parked outside directly in front of the entrance. Our apartment is accessible via a staircase! Snow chains are absolutely necessary in winter!

There is also a private, fenced-in swimming pool (11x6m) and a small children's playground right next to our house.

Spend a few relaxing days with your loved ones in peaceful surroundings. Action and lots of fun is guaranteed with the included Sommercard, which gives you free entry or discounts at all leisure facilities. The motto is adventure, fun and the best relaxation in the incomparable natural scenery of Ramsau am Dachstein. No other mountain in Styria offers as many attractions as the Rittisberg, which is practically on our doorstep. The wonderful location in the middle of one of the most beautiful hiking areas in Austria, with countless alpine pastures and mountain lakes nearby, will make your hiking heart beat faster.

In winter, the Ramsau Wintercard is included in the price. This gives you discounts on numerous activities. You can access the 220-kilometer cross-country ski trail network directly in front of our house. The family ski area Ramsau am Dachstein is only 2 km away by car.

In winter, Ramsau am Dachstein offers you internationally recognized cross-country ski trails and ski slopes on Kali's adventure slopes and Ski amade. In addition, active sports enthusiasts will find varied program highlights in untouched nature, such as snowshoe hikes, ski tours, freeride routes or romantic horse-drawn sleigh rides.
